#thanks: naps

I don’t think I’ve napped more than I have since I’ve started college.

Today, my body was telling me to sleep. So I did just that.

Best part – one of my classes was cancelled so I was able to take a nap earlier than I would have been able to if I had class.

However, it did mess with my ability to fall asleep at a halfway decent hour. My sleep schedule is already screwed up and my nap just made tonight worse.

But all is well. My body got the sleep it was calling for, even if I didn’t get as much work done as I thought I would. I know that I can get the work done when I’m well rested and at my best.
